Peppermint and Willow bark are ideal for headache relief. The menthol of the peppermint oil, provides a cooling sensation, while the Willow barks salicin content, works as a natural pain reliever.

You would massage a very small amount, onto each temple, as well as the back of the neck. The longer you rub it in, (as with any product), the more that it gets into your pores and your bloodstream. Leave it on indefinitely, as the serum cools and soothes.
